Position Summary:This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the scheduling system for both production and material pull system, orders fulfillment, procurement and supplier management on lead time, on time delivery and capacity improvement.Scope/Supervision and Inter****:Reports to Supplier Chain Manager, inter**** with various departments including VS, Quality, Engineering, Sourcing and Warehouse, etc.Job Responsibility:Prepare S&OP meeting to align demand and supply planningWork out Finish Goods strategy and ePFEP implement to meet customer demand and well inventory controlWork with VS to short product lead time and Leverage production schedule to improve productivityBuild up K/B pull system and raw material supermarketThe proficient application of E-tools to operationalize demand and capacity planningAssist material buyer in improving the delivery performance and capacity of suppliersPDCA to improve planning standard workQualifications:BA/BS degree is preferred, at least has 2 years planning experiences is MUSTGood understanding of MRP system (SAP, Oracle) and inventory controlFamiliar with office software, Excel, PBIGood communication skill and English in writing, speakingEmergency sense and self motivationLean knowledge is preferred
