職責描述：1.To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational ****ives2.To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, ****ing and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research3.To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry4.To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community5.To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students6.To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning7.Other duties as reasonably required by the Principal of International Division.任職要求：1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math subjects2.Teaching qualification3.Minimum 3 years' full time international curriculum teaching experience, experience with IB/Alevel curriculum and Chinese students preferred4.Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills5.Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies6. Personal integrity and professional ethics.7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
